STEP 5 - COPY the publisher Access Code

STEP 6 - Return to the "Content" page in D2L and select the "MasteringBiology (MB) Homework" link

STEP 7 - Select the "Click here to go to the MasteringBiology (MB) Homework Website link

STEP 8 - Select the yellow button titled "Open MyLab & Mastering"

STEP 9 - If you have a Pearson Account from a previous course sign in with your Username & PW

or

If you do not have a Pearson Account, select the blue "Create" button and a

pop window will appear for you to register your Pearson Account with your contact information.

Enter your account information and submit your registration.

Please note...You will NOT need an Instructor Course ID and you do NOT pay for anything online in this process.

STEP 10 - After signing in or registering your Pearson account, select the orange "I Accept" button.

STEP 11 - Select the blue button titled "Access Code"

Do NOT select anything for payment. See X'd out area below...just ignore this.

STEP 12 - Click in the first empty Access Code box and PASTE the access code you copied in Step 5

or begin typing in the Access Code if you wrote it down on a piece of paper.

Select the blue "Finish" button

STEP 13 - Please be patient as your account is authenticated and linked to D2L.

When the registration has completed continue on to Step 14 below.

STEP 14 - Return to the MasteringBiology (MB) Homework page in the "Content"

area of D2L and select the orange button titled "Open MyLab & Mastering"

STEP 15 - You have now correctly registered and link your MasteringBiology (MB) account with D2L.

You will now access MasteringBiology (MB) from D2L for the duration of this course.

STEP 16 - Start Working on your Introduction to MB amd Chapter 1 Homework!!
